On the move
Wednesday, 2. September 2009

I suppose this move may be construed as unnecessary. I have been sporadically posting on a Blogger site for a few years. I decided to make the move and abandon the other site because WordPress offers some expanded features. While my intellectual contribution to Saskatchewan education might be minimal, and my technological journey hardly unique, I have enjoyed the journal that has manifest itself here. I imported my Blogger posts to maintain the continuity.
My Blogger site allowed me to gather in many treads: Twitter, wikispaces, podcasts, and key curriculum links. WordPress should be able to do as much and perhaps more. “Here you will find random thoughts on public education in Southern Saskatchewan, particularly the impact of technology on fostering learning.” This is my wordy explanation for blogging. Shifting sites simply allows me to continue this journey, pushing forward with a different technology. I’ll keep the Blogger site open for a while longer on the off chance people are following it and want to shift over to the new space.
